The middle of August means it's time to decide a Little League World Series champion.
The best Little League teams from all over the world have once again gathered in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to play in the biggest Little League tournament of the year. Additionally, the Little League Classic is returning to Williamsport, as the Mets and Mariners receive the honors this season.
A team from the United States has won each of the last six and seven of the last eight Little League World Series tournaments. Last year's champion came from Lake Mary, Florida, becoming the first-ever Floridian team to win the event.

Here's a breakdown of this year's Little League World Series, from the teams participating to the full schedule.
When does the Little League World Series start in 2025?
- Start Date: August 13
- LLWS Championship: August 24
The Little League World Series will kick off on Wednesday, August 13 and will continue for the next 10 days until the final two games are played on Sunday, August 24. During the event, the Mariners will play the Mets on Sunday, August 17 in the Little League Classic during ESPN's broadcast of "Sunday Night Baseball."
There will be at least two games every day from August 13-24, with most of the action beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET. It is also a double-elimination tournament, guaranteeing every team at least two games in Williamsport.
All the action will appear on either ESPN, ESPN 2 or ABC, and Fubo will also have the games for those looking for a streaming option.

Regional Tournaments will conclude on August 8, at which point 20 teams will have clinched a spot in this year's tournament. Here's a look at the 20 teams representing their regions during the 2025 Little League World Series.
