This time next year, Cena will be out of pro wrestling, and the new blood will take over. What can WWE fans expect in 2026 when the company prepares for WrestleMania 42?
WrestleMania was originally meant for to the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans from April 11 to 12. However, Wrestlenomics released a bombshell report stating the event will no longer be in New Orleans. WrestleMania will return at another point in time.
“The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation and New Orleans & Company are working closely with our friends at TKO to expand our long-standing partnership,” said the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, “which will include UFC 318 on July 19, 2025, Money In The Bank in 2026, and WrestleMania – which will move from the currently scheduled 2026 timeframe to a future year.”

The highest price for a two-day pass for WrestleMania 41 was available for $16,469. A night one ticket went for $14,219 and a single ticket to night two went for $14,219.
While there isn't a direct line for the history of WrestleMania tickets, a set of tickets from an eBay auction could give us an indication of what a simple ticket was worth year-to-year. Some ranged from a low to medium price, depending on the section:
- A ticket for WrestleMania I was worth $30
- WrestleMania 2, located in multiple locations, was worth $15 in the Nassau Coliseum and the Rosemont Horizon (Allstate Arena)
- A WrestleMania 10 ticket was worth around $75
- A WrestleMania 15 ticket for one fan was around $100
