WrestleMania is WWE’s signature event. Las Vegas played host to WrestleMania 41 in 2025, with John Cena earning his record-breaking 17th world title. The company had so much fun in “Sin City” that they are ready to return there in 2026.
Allegiant Stadium once again hosts WWE from April 18 to 19, 2026, as WrestleMania 42 comes back to Las Vegas.
Over the years, WrestleMania has gone from Madison Square Garden in New York to baseball stadiums to, most recently, football stadiums. Every event feels bigger than the last one.

WWE WrestleMania attendance, gate history
WrestleMania was originally meant for the Caesars Superdome. However, Wrestlenomics released a bombshell report stating the event will no longer be in New Orleans. Instead, Las Vegas earned another WrestleMania following record profits.
“When you have a record-shattering, biggest WrestleMania of all time in Vegas, it’s great to be able to say we’re going back to the entertainment capital of the world. And we’re looking forward to breaking this year’s records there,” WWE Chief Creative Officer Paul “Triple H’ Levesque said following Money in the Bank via 411Mania.
There's a chance the WrestleMania set will certainly kill some seats, but many expect the attendance to be well over 65,000.
- WrestleMania 32 surpassed WM 3 as the highest-attended pro wrestling event in the U.S. with 101,763 fans.
- In 2019, Forbes named WrestleMania the sixth most valuable sports brand in the world.
- The only time no fans attended a WrestleMania was in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- WrestleMania 40 broke WrestleMania 39's ($21.6 million) all-time gate record in one day. Over 90,000 tickets were sold on the first day of ticket sales.
