Which young player has the most potential on FIFA 23?

PSG forward Kylian Mbappé has edged out Manchester City goal-machine Erling Haaland for the top spot on the FIFA 23 Career Mode highest potential ratings.

Given an overall rating of 91, EA Sports have handed Mbappé a potential rating of 95.

Haaland, on the other hand, has an 88 rating with a 94 potential.

Barcelona midfielder Pedri, Manchester City star Phil Foden and Real Madrid winger Vinícius Júnior round out the top five.

17 young players in this year's game have been given a potential rating of 90+, with no defenders featured in that selection.

Notably, Gianluigi Donnarumma is the only goalkeeper on the list of the top prospects, rated at 88 with a potential of 92.

Which league has the best young players on FIFA 23?

Unsurprisingly, all 21 top Career Mode prospects come from Europe's top five leagues.

La Liga leads the way with six players making the list, headlined by Pedri and Vinícius Júnior.

The English Premier League, Serie A and Bundesliga then have four players each, with Ligue 1 represented by three young stars.
