Last year Michigan defensive back/linebacker Jabrill Peppers brought the question "Can a defensive player win the Heisman trophy?" back to the forefront of college football discourse.
But could the Heisman Trophy be awarded to ... a punter? Oklahoma State punter Zach Sinor is already campaigning for the award.

With Big 12 Media Days this week, Sinor decided to announce the creation of his website – sinor4heisman.com.

The punter's website is intentionally crudely designed, with a scrolling banner that reads "Punters are people too!" and several other cheesy graphic effects on display.
It's only a matter of time until Vegas odds include Sinor as a longshot to win the Heisman. For what it's worth, Sinor is not included among Sporting News' Top 40 player rankings ... yet.
