If it was in any doubt before, it isn't anymore.
Cam Ward will be the Tennessee Titans' Week 1 starting quarterback.
That was confirmed Monday when the Titans announced that Will Levis will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery to repair his AC joint.
Tennessee's QB depth chart also includes Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle.
Ward was the No. 1 overall pick out of Miami, and he would've been given the starting job as soon as he was ready anyway.

But the Titans had a bit of a buffer. If it looked in the preseason like Ward needed an extra month or two to prepare, Levis could've held down the fort.
But there's almost no way Tennessee would start Allen or Boyle over Ward.
The Titans will hope they don't have to worry about the starting quarterback position for the next decade.
