For the final regular season Sunday Night Football game of the week, the Miami Dolphins will host the Buffalo Bills at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.

This game will cap off the finale of the regular season. The NFL scheduled two games to take place on Saturday, while the rest will play on Sunday. The Dolphins and Bills are the only teams that will play at night.

This game, like several in Week 18, holds major playoff implications.

The Dolphins firmly have a spot in the AFC playoffs. They've already clinched a spot in the picture and this game can only hurt their standing. The Ravens have already clinched the top spot in the AFC.

The Bills currently hold the sixth spot in the AFC playoff picture. However, they haven't clinched a spot yet. A win against the Dolphins on Sunday night practically guarantees them a spot.

If the Bills lose, while the Jaguars and Steelers both win, the Bills will miss the playoffs, assuming the Colts-Texans game doesn't end in a tie. The Bills will know heading into their game whether or not the Colts and Texans have given them a free pass.

Which AFC East team will come out on top? The Bills defeated the Dolphins, 48-20, in their last matchup.

Here is everything you need to know about Week 18's Sunday Night Football, including television and streaming options.
