Bills rookie quarterback Josh Allen, the No. 7 overall pick in the 2018 draft, will make his first NFL regular-season start Sunday against the Chargers, according to multiple media reports that cited unidentified sources (via the Buffalo News).

Allen came on for Nathan Peterman in a Week 1 blowout loss to the Ravens and completed 6 of 15 passes for 74 yards and was sacked three times.

Starter Nathan Peterman was 5 of 18 for 24 yards with two interceptions (passer rating: 0.0) against the Ravens before being pulled in the eventual 47-3 loss.

Coach Sean McDermott is expected to address his team's quarterback situation in an 11:30 a.m. ET media conference.

The Bills-Chargers game is set for 1 p.m. ET Sunday in Buffalo.
