The Kansas City Chiefs have used a lot of different wide receivers amid their sustained success in the Patrick Mahomes era.
One of those wideouts is packing his bags.
The Chiefs waived Justyn Ross on Wednesday, per multiple reports.
Ross was once a star at Clemson.
He went undrafted into the NFL and signed with Kansas City.

Ross spent three seasons with the Chiefs, although he only appeared in games in 2023 and 2024.
Ross made six catches for 53 yards, all in 2023, to amount for his entire NFL offensive stats.
The 6-foot-4, 25-year old may get interest elsewhere. He's got a great pedigree as a recruit and collegian, and he's got the athletic traits.
His future just isn't in Kansas City.
