Everybody has something to say to Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders.
There are only certain voices he should actually listen to, though.
Joe Thomas is one of those voices.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame left tackle is one of the greatest players in Browns history, and one of the best offensive lineman ever.
He joined ESPN Cleveland recently and shared his advice for Shedeur.
"I think that the best advice that still holds true, especially for a guy like Shedeur, is keep your mouth closed and your eyes and ears open," Thomas told ESPN Cleveland. "Be humble. Always diffuse praise and always assume any criticism and accept it. Because the best thing you can do is just go to work every single day, get a little bit better."
That's all exactly right.

Thomas knows success. The No. 3 overall pick in 2007 made 10 consecutive Pro Bowls and played 10,363 consecutive snaps at one point.
He was on the 0-16 Browns team and it doesn't taint his legacy one bit. Thomas is a legend.
Sanders almost certainly won't have a career as amazing as Thomas did, but if he takes that advice and runs with it, it'll certainly be a big help.
