The Buffalo Bills announced today several promotions in their front office, the full list of which is as follows (via the team site).
- Terrance Gray: Promoted to Assistant General Manager
- Andie Gosper: Promoted to Assistant to the General Manager
- MaryKathleen "MK" Collins: Named Player Personnel Coordinator
- RJ Webb: Promoted to College Area Scout
- Jay Hill: Promoted to BLESTO College Scout
- Ryan Moore: Promoted to Manager of Football Administration and Operations
- Dennis Lock: Promoted to Vice President of Football Research
- Luis Guilamo: Promoted to Senior Director of Application Development
- Warren Zorilla: Promoted to Assistant Director of Application Development
- Santino Parlato: Promoted to Football Analyst
Gray is now Beane's new right hand man as his assistant general manager. Beane himself held that chair in Carolina with the Panthers before becoming the Bills general manager. We've seen Beane assistants get hired elsewhere before, as Joe Schoen was hired by the New York Giants to be their general manager and hired former Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll to be his head coach.
Will Gray follow in those footsteps and get an eventual GM job?
