The name will sound familiar to Pittsburgh Steelers fans.
But the jersey he's wearing will be a lot more comfortable for the folks waving the Terrible Towels.
Chuck Clark, a former star for the Baltimore Ravens, has signed with the Steelers on Friday, according to ESPN's Brooke Pryor.
The Ravens took Clark in the sixth round out of Virginia Tech in 2017.
By 2019, Clark was starting all the time. He was a full-time started for four seasons before missing 2023 with a torn ACL.
Clark played 12 games for the Jets in 2024.
In 108 career games, Clark has 453 tackles and five interceptions.

He turned 30 in April, so while his aging curve might be on the downswing, there's still likely good football to be played by Clark, who made 69 tackles in his dozen most recent games with the Jets.
Clark might also be happy to be on Pittsburgh's side. In the 12 games of his career he's been active for against the Steelers', Clark's teams have only gone 4-8.
Now, Pittsburgh gets a veteran safety after dealing away Minkah Fitzpatrick earlier in the offseason. Clark has the potential to be a really solid addition.
