When it's Michigan week, Ohio State fans won't refer to it as such.
It's The Game, of course, and all the 'M' letters on campus get crossed out in red.
But recently, one of Ohio State football's great ambassadors was spotted with that Michigan M all around his neck.
That'd be ESPN commentator Kirk Herbstreit, whose son Chase is now a Wolverines quarterback.
Here's a picture of Kirk recently watching his kid, trying to be a bit subdued in his newfound Michigan fandom for sure:

Chase is the first Herbstreit not to follow the family line.
Kirk's father played at Ohio State, then Kirk did, then Kirk's older brother did.
Chase is an incoming freshman quarterback at Michigan, the less-heralded QB in the same class as top recruit Bryce Underwood.
Chase played at St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati.
Kirk has previously said he's "beyond ecstatic" for Chase's opportunity at Michigan.
We'll just have to see which side Kirk takes at this year's The Game. It could be a tough call for the proud family man and proud Buckeye.
