Let the madness commence. The conference tournaments are over and the 2022 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament field is set. Well, almost completely set.

The First Four games will make official the 64 teams that will compete in the first round proper and begin a journey toward a national championship. While it might be easy to suggest these teams are the ones that just barely reached the tournament and are thus destined for an early exit, that is far from the case.

Last year, UCLA reached the Final Four. In 2018, Michigan State reached the Sweet 16, as did Tennessee in 2014. VCU made a wild run to the Final Four in 2011 after winning in the First Four.

First Four action tips off on Tuesday and continues Wednesday. Here's a look at how to watch those games, including final scores from the matchups.
