There are some who are confused by Mac McClung's continued presence in the NBA Dunk Contest.

He's just a G League player, they say. That's true, but it maybe overshadows the truth about McClung: He's not just a dunker.

And in this year's G League playoffs, McClung is putting up numbers that would make Michael Jordan proud.

Playing for the Osceola Magic, McClung has taken part in three playoff games so far.

He's averaging an obscene 36.7 points per game on 53.6 percent shooting and 50 percent shooting from beyond the arc.

McClung is also dishing out 6.3 assists per night in the postseason.

So far, Osceola has won all three of its playoff games to advance to the NBA G League championship game.

McClung and the Magic take on the Stockton Kings on Friday night.

And if the first three rounds are any indication, McClung is going to light it up.
