We're over three months away from opening night of the 2022-23 NBA season, but fans can get a solid helping of Raptors basketball when Toronto takes the floor at the NBA 2K23 Summer League in Las Vegas.

Raptors fans will get their first look at 2022 draft pick Christian Koloko as he takes the floor alongside some of the team's other young talents and NBA hopefuls.

This year's Summer League will feature 75 games over 11 days, with each team guaranteed five games — four preliminary-round games and one final game on either July 16 or 17.

In lieu of a tournament, the Summer League Championship Game will be played between the two teams with the best records from the preliminary round. If more than two teams finish with the top record, the tie will be broken by point differential.

When do the Raptors play in NBA Summer League?

The Raptors open Summer League play on Saturday, July 9 against the 76ers.

The opener features a notable matchup as it pits Toronto's Justin Champagnie against his twin brother, Julian, who is on Philadelphia's Summer League roster.

Raptors rookie Christian Koloko has some notable highlights on the schedule as he is set to face college teammate, Dalen Terry of the Bulls, while the Jazz feature another rim-protecting center in Walker Kessler, making for an intriguing matchup on the interior.

Toronto will close its Summer League schedule on July 16 or 17 depending on its performance in the preliminary round.

Raptors 2022 Summer League roster

In addition to Champagnie, the Raptors 15-man Summer League roster features several players that suited up for Toronto last season, including Dalano Banton, Armoni Brooks, David Johnson and D.J. Wilson.

Koloko, along with Ron Harper Jr., are two rookies worth keeping an eye on, as Harper has reportedly signed a two-way deal with the franchise.
