The Milwaukee Bucks have plenty of moves to make this offseason, but only one thing truly matters.
Over the past few weeks, the Bucks have been preparing to make moves to keep the team in championship contention with Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the way. However, any plans they’ve had have mostly been overshadowed by the numerous trade rumors about Antetokounmpo.
In recent weeks, those rumors have subsided somewhat, with both parties appearing content with the current situation. However, with free agency just around the corner and the draft in the past, the clock is ticking for Milwaukee to show it can be a title contender again in the near future.
Antetokounmpo has never been shy about his interest in winning another ring, so the Bucks need to make sure they keep that goal attainable in Milwaukee. ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, however, isn’t so sure the Bucks are capable of hitting that mark based on his Monday morning appearance on Get Up.
"I honestly do not see how the Bucks are going to be a team at the end of the week, we look at and say that's a guaranteed top-four team,” Windhorst said.
With Milwaukee’s limited flexibility in the trade market and free agency, building a better team is a difficult task for the Bucks. Windhorst also went on to say that some teams have stayed out of other big trade talks or held onto important assets in hopes of Antetokounmpo requesting a trade.

Considering the Bucks are in a tough position, they might not be able to build a surefire contender over the course of these next couple of weeks. And if that’s also how Antetokounmpo feels, he might be suiting up for another NBA franchise for the first time.
