The Milwaukee Bucks understand that if they ever make Giannis Antetokounmpo available, nearly every team in the league would be interested.
However, that just goes to show why the Bucks will likely never want to trade him. Antetokounmpo loves Milwaukee, Milwaukee loves him, and with the East being as wide open as it is, there's truly no reason to trade him.
Despite that, it hasn't stopped people from proposing trade ideas for other teams to land him. Dave Holcomb of Sports Illustrated was the latest to propose a deal with the Golden State Warriors, but it was one that wouldn't make much sense from Milwaukee's perspective.
Milwaukee Bucks receive Draymond Green, two first-round picks

“But this would be the crux of the trade. Milwaukee should receive draft capital in return to replenish the stock the team has lost in recent years competing for championships. They should also get a quality forward that could immediately replace Antetokounmpo.
“For the Warriors, they land yet another superstar. With Antetokounmpo in the fold, Golden State would have the league's newest big three with Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler and Antetokounmpo,” he wrote.
The Bucks trading for Draymond Green and two first-round picks for Antetokounmpo would be one of the worst trades in NBA history, if not the worst.
It'd be much worse than the Luka Doncic trade to the Los Angeles Lakers, which is saying a lot.

While Green is a respected veteran and a very good player in his own right, the Bucks would need a lot more than two first-round picks to ever consider a deal.
The only way this would ever work is if he specifically asked to be traded to the Warriors and the Bucks, for some reason, granted his wish.
