Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James hears the criticism, but he doesn't understand it.
The 40-year-old GOAT candidate recently responded to the notion that he 'has no bag' during an episode of the Mind the Game podcast.
“You know, I see it all the time,” James said.
“I’ll be on social media (and I’ll see people saying), ‘LeBron has no bag.’
“And I'm sitting (here with) 50 billion points.”
Does James have a point? The King is the NBA's all-time leading scorer with 42,184 points in the regular season. Here's what the rest of the top five looks like:
2. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: 38,387
3. Karl Malone: 36,928
4. Kobe Bryant: 33,643
5. Michael Jordan: 32,292
Surely, all four of those legends had a deep bag, but somehow, LeBron -- ahead of them all in career points -- lacks a bag?

The debate over Bron's bag has sparked a social media frenzy, with fans and players chiming in.
Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo didn't shy away from offering his take in the public forum.
"If they’re people out there that believe that one of the greatest players to ever be on earth has no bag… Man i’ve seen it all," Giannis posted to X.
Antetokounmpo is another all-time great facing accusations of baglessness, so it makes sense that he empathized with James here.
Giannis and LeBron both benefited from having superior size and athleticism during their respective primes (Antetokounmpo's is still happening), but they're probably underappreciated from a skill standpoint.
