What time does the NASCAR race start today? TV schedule, channel, live stream for 2025 Pocono race image

The NASCAR Cup Series is rolling into Pocono Raceway for its 17th stop of the 2025 season, and there’s only one shot to shine—this is the lone visit to the Tricky Triangle on the calendar.

Last year, Ty Gibbs snagged the pole at Pocono, marking the second and final time he topped the qualifying charts in 2024. But a fresh slate brings a fresh format, and this year’s qualifying setup is as straightforward as it gets.

Every driver will take the track for a single flying lap, and the stopwatch will do the talking. No knockout rounds, no group battle, just one shot, one time, one shot at pole.

Unlike 2024, there’s no need to worry about inside or outside lane advantages based on groupings. The order of runs is determined using NASCAR’s metric system, but when the dust settles, it’s the fastest lap that’ll lock in the best seat for race day.

The Sporting News has everything you need to know about NASCAR Cup Series Race at Pocono, including TV Channel, streaming options, radio station and starting grid.
