The NASCAR Cup Series heads under the lights to Richmond, Virginia, for race No. 25 of the season.

Richmond Raceway, a three-quarter-mile short track with a rough, weathered surface, has been testing tire management skills since its NASCAR debut in 1953.

Home-state hero Denny Hamlin remains the man to beat, boasting four wins this year and a dominant Richmond record since 2006: two victories, four runner-ups, and seven top-fives in his last eight starts.

Still, Christopher Bell owns the best average finish here, while Kyle Busch, desperate for a playoff berth, looks to rediscover his past form at this venue.

It won't just be a Toyota show, though. Hendrick Motorsports' Kyle Larson and Alex Bowman, Penske's Joey Logano, and RFK Racing's trio, Brad Keselowski, Chris Buescher, and Ryan Preece, are all threats. With playoff spots dwindling, expect Saturday night's short-track showdown to be fierce from the drop of the green flag.
