Never say never, but the Cleveland Guardians don't seem overly likely to trade Steven Kwan, Emmanuel Clase or Cade Smith right now.
The next week-plus before the deadline could shift plans, of course.
But as of Monday morning, ESPN sets it at a 20% chance individually for each of Kwan, Clase and Smith to be traded.
The Athletic had previously reported Clase was more of a trade candidate for the offseason.
The Guardians do often trade guys early to try and maximize their value.

But at the same time, all three of Kwan, Clase and Smith has a fair value or better contract for the next few seasons.
If Cleveland plans to get back into contention in 2026, it can't trade its stars now.
And it sounds like that's probably the way the plan will shake out.
