It appears Joe Ryan was not traded on Thursday, despite seemingly everyone else on the roster leaving Minnesota.

Fox Sports originally sent out the trade, but then later deleted the post. Yahoo then posted the news and gave Jon Morosi the credit. The trade did not get done, and working on what went wrong with this deal.

The 29-year-old right-hander has been with the Twins since he made his MLB debut back in 2021. In his career, he is 43-31. He has a career ERA of 3.70.

This season, Ryan has been strong, with a 10-5 record and a 2.82 earned run average. Ryan made the All-Star game in the American League this season. This is the third season in his career that he has 10+ wins.
