Angel Reese definitely took some of the spotlight for herself when she appeared at the Met Gala in New York City on Monday, May 5. Reese, though, did not get all gussied up by herself. Oh no, she had a team of helpers and supporters getting her looking good.
Reese headed over to her Instagram account on Wednesday, May 7, and posted some pictures from the Met Gala event. She was looking super-fine in her black dress and well-coiffed hair. The WNBA star changed out of her basketball uniform for the looks that people in the crowd gave her.
As you can tell in this video from Reese, she had some big-time support when getting her hair ready for the Big Apple event. Sephora, a well-known women's cosmetic store, shared this video on their Instagram account, too.
While getting time among many other sports athletes and celebrities, Reese has not lost her focus from the upcoming WNBA season. She wants to push the Chicago Sky to the top of the league, getting some help from rookie Hailey Van Lith.
Chicago recently scored a preseason victory over the Minnesota Lynx. Now, Reese can enjoy this Met Gala experience. Yet that's now over and done with, so Reese needs to get back in game shape ASAP.
