It was less than three years ago when Charlotte deciding that she wanted to get in the wrestling business. A huge decision in her life, especially since her father is the legenday "Nature Boy" Ric Flair. But in that time, she has already proved herself as a star on her own merits, growing leaps and bounds during that time.
Now, Charlotte along with the other women in NXT have really brought the division back into the limelight with their outstanding matches, many times stealing the show from their male counterparts. And many are on the watch to see not if but when she will get called up to the main WWE roster.

Sporting News recently spoke with Charlotte during WWE WrestleMania 31 about her growth in the ring after starting less than three years ago, advice from her dad, her emotions going into her match against Natalya when she won the NXT Women's Championship, her first appearance on Raw, the #GiveDivasAChance movement, NXT going on the road and more.
