The Australian Boomers have commenced their preparations for the upcoming FIBA Asia Cup 2025, with the squad conducting a four-day training camp on the Gold Coast.
Following the camp, the squad will take on the University of Colorado in an exhibition game on Thursday, July 31.
"FIBA preparation windows are extremely short, so we need to hit the ground running from day one of camp," Boomers head coach Adam Caporn said.
"Our departments are already hard at work to ensure we are highly organised and make the most of every minute together."
The Boomers are looking to continue their dominance in the Asia Cup, coming off back-to-back tournament victories in 2017 and 2022.
The FIBA Asia Cup 2025 gets underway on Tuesday, August 5 through to the championship game on Sunday, August 17, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The Aussies have been drawn in Group A, alongside South Korea, Qatar, and 2022 finalists Lebanon.
