Fallen Australian tennis talent Bernard Tomic has found a new way to lose - falling over on match point before being forced to retire hurt.
Playing in the Chicago men's Challenger event ahead of the US Open, Tomic had match point against USA's Stefan Dostanic with the score 7-6(3) 5-4 in the second set.
But on the first of two match points, Tomic took a tumble which allowed the 424th-ranked Dostanic to stay in the contest.

Dostanic went on to win the second set in a tiebreaker, before Tomic was forced to retire from the match in the third set at 0-2 down.
Tomic, currently ranked 211, has been scrapping around on the Challenger Tour for a number of years, trying to build his ranking up to get into ATP events.
In June, the 32-year-old won his first ATP match in four years with win against fellow Aussie Rinky Hijikata at the Mallorca Open.
However, the following month, Tomic was involved in controversy when he was involved in a professional match involving 59-year-old hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman.
Tomic will be hoping to make the cut for US Open qualifying, where he will then need to win three matches to get into the main draw at Flushing Meadows, with the main singles event commencing August 24.
