The NSW Blues and Queensland Maroons clash in the shield-decider match in Game 3 of the 2025 State of Origin series.
The Blues secured a commanding victory in the opener at Brisbane, beating the Maroons 18-6, but failed to seal the series in Perth, falling short 26-24 to Queensland.
But the Blues will be confident at home as coach Laurie Daley eyes his second Origin series victory as coach. They are also boosted by the availability of Brian To’o and Payne Haas, who were doubtful but have now been cleared fit for Game 3.
Meanwhile, the Maroons' captain Cameron Munster left the camp after the sudden passing of his father but has returned in time for the do-or-die Origin clash. Billy Slater has also called Josh Papali out of Origin retirement and is set to represent Queensland for the first time since 2022.
