The 2025 Super Rugby Pacific ladder toppers, the Chiefs, are set to face off against the 2024 Premiers, the Blues, in the second Qualifying Final match on Saturday evening.
The Chiefs had a spectacular run in the 2025 home-and-away season as they finished atop the ladder after 16 rounds of action. Clayton McMillan's side managed to take home 11 wins out of 14 games and held the record for the most points through the course of the campaign (550). They also boasted the record for the fewest points against them over the 14 games (319).
The Blues, who are looking to defend their 2024 Premiership, were the worst team statistically to reach the Qualifying Finals. They only managed to grab six wins and faced eight defeats with the least efficient attack, however, they boast the second-best defence with just 330 points against them.
