'Down the pecking order': Tom Trbojevic takes hilarious swipes at his brothers image

Tom Trbojevic was in a jovial mood as he returned to his old primary school, Mona Vale.

The Manly star was joined by his brothers, Jake and Ben, for the special visit in celebration of Public Education Week.

However, Turbo wasn’t interested in playing nice at the media opportunity as he used his time in front of the cameras to score some points on his siblings and his parents.

"I haven’t been back here for a while, so they welcomed me and Jake but they didn’t want Ben back on school grounds," Trbojevic smiled.

"It’s cool being back here. We spent a lot of our life here and we grew up just around the corner, so it’s pretty special."

Asked where he sat in the rankings amongst his brothers, Turbo was once again on the front foot.

"I was the smartest - that’s not in question," Trbojevic stated.

"Jake was probably the best student. He was the most well-behaved.

"I think it went down the pecking order," Turbo said as he motioned with his hand.

"Jake was the best, I was good and then it just really fell off with Ben and Luke. Mum and Dad’s parenting really dropped off with Ben."

The fullback-turned-centre then continued to apply the blowtorch to his parents while sporting a smirk.

"I loved the chicken strip rolls," the 28-year-old responded when asked for his favourite food at the school.

"Mum actually used to work in the canteen and when she did, we’d absolutely abuse it."

Meanwhile, the Trbojevic influence can also be seen out on the school oval all these years later, in the form of the football posts.

"I didn’t remember that happening until someone mentioned it to me before," Turbo said.

"Dad was a welder back in the day, so he actually built the posts.

"I’m not too sure why he built them like that," he added while looking out at his dad's handiwork. "I would have done them differently but that’s alright."
