NRL team lists: Every side’s confirmed lineup for Round 13 image

The State of Origin opener will have a major impact upon Round 13 in the NRL with a host of stars expected to back-up after the showpiece clash.

Kalyn Ponga and Valentine Holmes have the shortest turnaround time with St George Illawarra and Newcastle facing off just two days after Game I.

Melbourne and Gold Coast have numerous rep stars who will be seeking to play in their Saturday afternoon meeting.

The Wests Tigers will hold a large advantage over North Queensland due to having no Origin stars, although Lachlan Galvin has been axed once again ahead of his exit.

Penrith are in trouble at the foot of the ladder and it is unclear how Ivan Cleary will manage his rep players this season.

The Sydney Roosters are in a similar boat with five Origin players in contention to feature against Canberra in the last game of the round.

However, if the backline star is rested, Joash Papalii could be handed a first start of his career on the wing after retaining his spot on the bench.

Dean Hawkins had an impressive showing at halfback in Round 12 as he bagged four assists. If Moses is rested, the playmaker will get another chance.
