Warriors halfback Luke Metcalf was taken from the field with a suspected knee injury in the second half of his side's 26-12 loss to the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Metcalf was crunched in a tackle by Brendan Piakura shortly after passing the ball.
The playmaker stayed down following the shot and took no further part in the game as the Broncos made it three wins on the trot.

Having already lost Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, who didn't come out for the second half due to a knee injury, the Warriors will head back to Auckland licking their wounds.
Metcalf has been among the premier number sevens in the competition this season and was leading the Dally M race by two points when voting went behind closed doors after Round 12.
The 26-year-old had even been touted as a potential option to replace Nathan Cleary if the New South Wales halfback wasn't fit for the decider.
Metcalf and the Warriors will now nervously await the results of scans ahead of a possible top-four fight and finals series.
