The St. George Illawarra Dragons are set to lose one of their key players, with Jack de Belin reportedly done with the Red V at the end of the season.
The 34-year-old will head to Parramatta to join Jason Ryles' Eels squad, on a one-year deal with a contract option for 2027.
De Belin becomes the latest long-time Dragon to depart the club, following Zac Lomax and Ben Hunt in 2025, as the team continues to restructure their roster under coach Shane Flanagan.
Jack De Belin signs with Parramatta Eels
The Dragons will be without forward Jack de Belin from the end of 2025, with the veteran following in the footsteps of Zac Lomax and making the move to Parramatta, according to the Daily Telegraph.
De Belin had recently re-signed with the Dragons for this season and was in talks around next, but the Eels have instead poached the former State of Origin player, who they are set to play this round.
The Dragons now add to their list of off-contract forwards which includes David Klemmer, Viliami Fifita and Michael Molo, having also recently lost Finau Latu to the Bulldogs.
He will depart the team having narrowly missed breaking Ben Hornby's record of most games played, 273, having been with the team since his NRL debut in 2011.
The Eels new deal with de Belin is currently in the NRL's mandated 10-day cooling off period, but it seems that Ryles has secured yet another impressive name for his sophomore season as Eels coach.
