Gold Coast Titans recruitment boss Ezra Howe has officially finished up in his role, bringing an end to a seven-year tenure at the NRL club.
Howe, who joined the Titans in 2019, exits effective immediately.
His time on the Gold Coast saw him not only steer the club’s senior recruitment but also play a key part in developing its junior elite pathways program, a vital pipeline for homegrown talent.

The Titans released a statement confirming Howe’s departure and thanked him for his longstanding service to the club.
“The club wishes Ezra and his family all the best for the future and thank him for the significant contribution he has made over a long period of time on the Gold Coast,” the statement read.
