Brisbane Broncos skipper Adam Reynolds has become just the second player in NRL history to reach the 2,500 point milestone.
Off the back of 100 percent goal kicking, the 35-year old bagged twenty points in the ten-try romp against his former club, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, taking his career tally to 2,516.
It was Reynolds’ largest single points haul in a 2025 season that has so far yielded 172 points.
Having already surged past Jarrod Croker (2,374 points) and Hazem El Masri (2,418 points) on the all-time list this year, Reynolds may need to wait a while to reach the number one spot.

‘Renno can play until he’s 40’
The all-time NRL points record is held by retired Melbourne Storm legend Cameron Smith with 2,786 career points—a mark Reynolds may fall just short of despite having recently extended his stay in Brisbane for the 2026 season.
For what it’s worth, Reynolds’ former halves partner at the Rabbitohs Cody Walker is backing him in.
“Renno can play until he’s 40,” Walker told NRL.com earlier this season.
Reynolds scored 1,896 points in his ten seasons with South Sydney and has added a further 620 since linking with the Broncos in 2022.
His next chance to add to the total comes against the Storm in a Round 23 blockbuster at AAMI Park next Thursday night.
