World No.1 Novak Djokovic has spoken out about Nick Kyrgios' rant that brought up the Serbian's push of an umpire earlier this month.

The controversial Australian was given a code violation during his French Open first round win over Marco Cecchinato for yelling "towel" too loudly at a ballboy.
On-court after the incident, Kyrgios was heard to say to umpire Carlos Ramos: "So when Djokovic pushes an umpire that's all right?"
Speaking after his opening round 6-4 6-1 6-1 victory over Taipei's Yen Hsun Lu, Djokovic believed it wasn't necessary for Kyrgios to use his name.
"Well, I saw that. I saw that particular situation that happened in his (Kyrgios’s) match," Djokovic said.
"What can I say? It’s his choice that he wants to bring it out there. I don’t know what he has done. I don’t know the nature of his gestures on the court and why he got a code violation, whether or not it was only for the towel or maybe something before that happened.
"I’m not getting into it. It’s completely his choice what he’s going to do about that. So, you know, by mentioning my name, I don’t think it was necessary, but again, I’ve got to respect his choice."
Kyrgios is due to play Netherlands' Igor Sijsling in the second round on Thursday morning (AEST).
