The 21-year-old was heard to yell "bullsh*t" after losing the third set in the 6-4 6-3 6-7 (9-11) 6-1 victory.
Chair umpire Mohammed Lahyani reported Kyrgios for the incident after warning the Aussie and Stepanek pre-match to "be careful with the language".
It's the third fine Kyrgios has received at a Grand Slam this year after being fined $4370 for obscenities at the Australian Open and also being docked $6200 at the French Open for a similar offence.
