Grayson Allen has seen his share of bumps and bruises this season, but the injury he suffered Saturday against Miami (Fla.) was truly cringe-inducing.
The Duke guard went up for a rebound against the Hurricanes before doubling over in pain — with a dislocated pinky. It didn't look good.
