Russell Wilson is a stand-up guy.

Kane Bernas, a U.S. solider, tweeted in the wee hours of Thursday morning that he shared a flight to Seattle with the Seahawks quarterback. But meeting Wilson wasn't the only highlight of Bernas' trip; he also got a nice upgrade in the form of a first-class seat.

Wilson just so happens to be a spokesman for Alaska Airlines, so it probably wasn't hard for him to pull some strings.

Even so, it's a very nice gesture by the 26-year-old.
