One of the NFL's best tight ends appears to be on the move.

The Saints have agreed to trade Jimmy Graham and a fourth-round draft pick to the Seahawks in exchange for center Max Unger and a first-round pick (both 2015 picks), according to multiple Tuesday reports.

Graham emerged in 2011 when he caught 99 passes for 1,310 yards and 11 touchdowns. Since that breakout season, he's been an elite option at tight end. He's made the Pro Bowl three times (2011, 2013, 2014) and made first-team All-Pro in 2013.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the reason for a possible trade could come down to money.
