The mother of Pro Football Hall of Famer Jerry Rice has died.
Eddie B. Rice died Christmas Day at a hospital in Jackson, Miss., The Associated Press reported. She was 77. A casue of death was not given.
Jerry Rice addressed his mother's passing via social media last week.
