It's understandable for football players to get caught up in the heat of the moment, but that can never excuse a player making contact with an official.
USC lineman Chuma Edoga learned that the hard way after doing just that in the Trojans' game against Utah State on Saturday.

It's clear Edoga didn't like the official pulling him from the pile. His temper got him ejected from the game.

To be fair, Edoga isn't the first player to have a run-in with a ref. It doesn't make what Edoga did any better, though.
