Only one team gets the privilege of cutting down the nets and finishing the NCAA Tournament with a win. For Wisconsin, this wasn't the year. The sense of humor from the players throughout the tournament, and generally fun disposition, made them fan favorites.
After Monday's narrow defeat, Frank Kaminsky, Sam Dekker and other Wisconsin players took to Twitter to thank the fans who gave them so much love during the tourney.
