Kidd, a 10-time NBA All-Star, is heading into his third season as the Bucks' coach. He led Milwaukee to the playoffs his first season, going 41-41 in 2014-15. The Bucks regressed this year, going 33-49 and missing the postseason.

Despite the down year, the Bucks have plenty of young talent. Kidd's decision to put 6-11 Giannis Antetokounmpo at point guard has been a successful one thus far, giving the team hope for the future.

His career coaching record stands at 118-128 after three seasons. He coached the Nets in 2013-14, going 44-38 and leading the team to the second round of the playoffs.
