The Twins are reigning in the AL Central. On Friday, they ruled with one of the best giveaways/theme nights you'll see.
Minnesota honored the late musical legend/local icon Prince at Target Field.

Fans didn't quite get to sing IN the purple rain (there were only pregame sprinkles), but they did SING "Purple Rain" during the seventh-inning stretch.

The game itself was a dud for the home team (the Twins lost to the Indians 8-1), but everyone had a blast afterward as fireworks set to Prince's music took 'em all home.

This is the second year in a row the Twins have used a purple theme to honor Prince. Target Field displayed purple accents the day Prince died in April 2016.
