Negotiations to re-sign the key duo had been ongoing during the 2016 NRL season with Sea Eagles coach Trent Barrett delighted at the completion of the deals.
Tom won Manly's Roy Bull 'Best And Fairest' award for the most recent campaign while Jake clinched the same honour for the 2015 season.
"It’s extremely pleasing that we can continue to build the team around these two fine young players but also another number of youngsters in our squad," Barrett said.
"We hope to be able to keep the nucleus of this side together for years to come."
The brothers, who hail from Northern Beaches club Mona Vale Raiders, maintained they never entertained offers from other NRL clubs.
"We never wanted to go anywhere else. It was just a matter of the negotiations taking place, and (head of football) Bob Fulton made it easy and was always available to answer any questions we may have had," Jake said.
"We are excited about the future of the Sea Eagles and want to be a part of it."
