The NRL Lurker's Dally M votes: Roger Tuivasa-Sheck retains lead as race comes down to three image

With the NRL taking Dally M votes behind closed doors after round 12, The Lurker has picked up the slack to hand out the 3-2-1 for every game, every week. His couch imprint is already formidable. Check out the final week of official voting here.

Well, well, well, here we are, just one more round of the regular season left and then we get into the real stuff.

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, still our leader, could have run away with the trophy if he scored any votes against the Panthers, but the star Kiwi just wasn't in the top three best players.

RTS is two votes clear of Luke Brooks, who managed one vote in Tigers' tense victory over the Sea Eagles on Thursday night.

The only other player who can snare the award, or at least share it with the Warriors skipper is Kalyn Ponga, who is likely going to be put in cotton wool for the Knights' final game of the season.

The Newcastle superstar didn't play against Cronulla after succumbing to an ankle injury, and there doesn't seem much point in risking serious damage to one of the game's brightest in the final match of the year when finals are out of reach.

Those to poll all three votes in their fixtures include Alex Twal, Shaun Johnson, Johnathan Thurston, Blake Austin, Cameron Munster, Anthony Milford, Chad Townsend and Reimis Smith.

However, all eyes are on leader RTS as the regular season winds down.

Can anyone catch the Kiwi?
