Rockets' Chris Paul to miss 'some time' with hamstring injury image

The Rockers will be sweating on the health of Chris Paul after he left today's game against the Miami Heat with a hamstring injury.

The injury occurred in the second quarter as Paul had the ball stolen at mid-court by Miami's Derrick Jones Jr., immediately pulling up, grabbing his left hamstring.


"It'll be some time," coach Mike D'Antoni said post-game, confirming that Paul will undergo an MRI on Saturday (AEDT). 

he Rockets came into today's game riding a five-game win streak, with Paul instrumental in their recent run of form. The Rockets are 0-5 in games Paul has missed this season.

The 33-year -old suffered a right hamstring strain in last season's Conference Finals, missing games 6 and 7 against the Golden State Warriors. 


Paul played just 12 minutes in today's game, scoring four points, before heading to the locker room.
