Winx's memorable victory in Saturday's Cox Plate is being hailed as the best performance by a horse anywhere in 2016 and Racenet was on hand to record the build up and the events on the day.
Following her win in the Group I Caulfield Stakes, Winx went to Moonee Valley to gallop last Saturday and the work was electric ahead of a more leisurely piece of work at Breakfast with the best.
The ear muffs stayed on Winx in the mounting yard and she was relaxed in the preliminaries. 
Passing the post the first time and Hugh Bowman has Winx in the perfect position, one off the rail behind the leaders. 
At the finish and Winx is in splendid isolation.
