As Wrexham prepare to enter the Championship, they're already eyeing Premier League talent to help take them to yet another level.
Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney is reportedly on their radar for this transfer window.
According to The Telegraph, the Welsh club has "made an approach" for the 34-year-old.
Cairney notably helped Fulham secure promotion to the top flight of English football in the 2021-22 season.

He also boasts plenty of experience, having made 318 appearances at Championship level and racking up 142 games in the Premier League.
The Nottingham-born talent is set to come off contract in July.
However, he is in talks for a potential one-year extension with Fulham.
If Cairney does not become a free agent, Wrexham would likely have to beat their own transfer record – a £2 million fee for Reading's Sam Smith in January – to get their man.
Even if a deal isn't done, it is a sign of the club's continued ambition as they push for an unlikely fourth straight promotion next campaign.

As part of their Championship preparations, the Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds-owned will head Down Under during pre-season.
Wrexham will take on Melbourne Victory, Sydney FC and Wellington Phoenix in July as their global significance continues to grow.
